From Global Finance to Sustainable Action
Acacia Limited was co-founded in March 2023 by Louise Eden and Ian Roberts.
From the outset, the priority was to develop specialised training courses and advisory services designed to help organisations overcome the four key hurdles of time, budget, information overload, and benefit uncertainty. This approach was built to provide knowledge and tools for organisations to ultimately manage their transformation autonomously and become self-sufficient.
This philosophy is also reflected in the company's commitment to working on a fixed-fee basis, ensuring budget predictability for SMEs.

The company has since gained valuable experience across diverse sectors, including Construction, Finance and Transport.
Co-founder Ian Roberts, with over 30 years of international finance and governance experience including senior directorships, has actively developed his sustainability expertise to guide our mission of building client capability.
While Louise Eden has now taken on a senior sustainability and communications position in the construction industry, actively applying the very strategies we champion, she continues to provide her support and expertise to the company.
